The cottage with its original exposed beams, consists of an open lounge
dining area & corner kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with
dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave & electric hob.In the
lounge there is French TV, DVD player (films available), & games,
double sofa bed & two arm chairs. One bedroom with double bed. Fully
tiled shower room with toilet & wash basin.
Bed linen (pillows, duvets, covers) & towels are provided with the
exception of towels for the swimming pool.
In the grounds there is a swimming pool, 8.5 x 4.5 metres, depth 1.25 to
1.50 metres, with roman steps & decking to two sides, alarmed for
safety. Shared with owners. The property has its own area with BBQ,
patio table & chairs. Also available table tennis, water volleyball set & boules.
